Personal service is important to us. That means that we will keep in touch with you so that you know what is happening with your transaction. It also means that we expect that you will have questions and encourage you to contact us when those questions arise. We recognize that in order to effectively represent your interests we need to have a positive and open relationship with you.
If you have a real estate question, whether you've retained us or not, contact us. We do not charge a fee for inquiries.
REAL ESTATE AGENTS
We rely on and respect the Real Estate Agents we work with. The fact is that a good Agent can make or break a deal in difficult circumstances. If you are a Real Estate Agent and you have a question, contact us.
We won't charge you a fee for any advice provided and we won't require your client to retain us.
VALUE
Our fee for a purchase, sale or refinance is $700.00 plus GST. Your bill will also include disbursements: costs that we pay on your behalf such as search costs, title insurance premiums, land transfer tax and registration costs.
The total cost to you will depend on the type of transaction and the requirements of your particular transaction, but in general a purchase will cost approximately $1400.00 plus land transfer tax, a sale approximately $800.00, and a refinance approximately $900.00.
