| ESTATES If you have recently become responsible for an estate, contact us and set up an appointment for a consultation. We do not charge a fee for the initial consultation and in many cases you will require very little or no assistance from us. The fees charged to assist you in administering an estate will vary based on the estate and services provided, but in general we encourage our clients to take on the bulk of the work themselves, with assistance from us where appropriate. We charge a set fee for services rendered based on a percentage of the value of the estate, rather than charging by the hour, so we will be able to give you an accurate estimate of the cost to the estate before commencing work. | |
